Managing daily Employee transportation operations with efficiency and high standards of ESAT.

Communicating with the leaders and colleagues exchanging operational information to ensure smooth flow of operations.

Handled employee induction programs and coordination of internal events.

Keeping track on day-to-day transport routine like pickup, drop, compliance, on time arrival/movement of pickup/drop, escalations, reports etc.

Taking care of daily/monthly/quarterly MIS.

Meeting with employees, Team Managers, Program Heads, HR, etc. to act for solution related to operational challenges.

Conducting Driver and Supervisor training session on Road safety to ensure safe & hassle-free transportation.

Have good knowledge of MoveInSync software.

Keeping track on day-to-day transport routine like pickup, drop, compliance, on time arrival/movement of pickup/drop, escalations, etc.

Making incident report.

Answering all calls & Emails received against customer, ensuring that all issues are resolved & cases are closed within SLA.
