Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours for Domestic and International Destinations.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and advice to clients based on their preferences and budget.
• Manage corporate and leisure travel accounts, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Utilize global distribution systems (GDS) liked travel portal. Added advantage if worked on Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to make flights reservations.
• Stay updated on visa requirements, travel restrictions, and industry regulations.
• Negotiate and secure the best rates with airlines, hotels, and suppliers.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and emergency travel arrangements efficiently.
• Offer excellent customer service and resolve travel-related issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and client preferences.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior travel consultants.
