• Role: Travel ConsultantLocation: Lower Parel, MumbaiExperience: 2-4 yearsKey Responsibilities:Handle international flight amendments including date change, reissuance, rerouting, cancellation, refund, and name correction as per airline policies.

• Interpret and apply fare rules accurately for revalidation and reissue cases.
• 
  
• Coordinate with airlines for waiver approvals, schedule changes, and involuntary cases.
• 
  
• Manage ADM prevention by ensuring correct pricing and compliance with airline policies.
• 
  
• Provide prompt support to B2B agents via calls, emails, and CRM tools.
• 
  
• Handle queue management and prioritize urgent cases.
• 
  
• Support escalations and complex amendment scenarios efficiently.
• 
  
• Manage LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) bookings, amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per airline-specific processes.
• 
  
• Handle NDC (New Distribution Capability) bookings, 

• Required Skills:Strong international ticketing & amendment knowledge.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience in Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre.
• 
  
• Knowledge of LCC portals & NDC booking.
• 
  
• Good understanding of fare construction & penalties.
• 
  
• 
  
• Eligibility:2–4 years of experience in international air ticketing (B2B preferred).
• 
  
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts if required). No Night Shift for females
