Handle domestic and international flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and hotel/land package arrangements. Assist clients with travel queries, visa guidance, and documentation. Coordinate with airlines and suppliers, manage PNR time limits, process payments, and maintain booking records. Ensure accurate information, excellent customer service, and timely follow-up to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
