Travel Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Manage post booking queries and loop closure as per the SLA

2. Managing daily bookings for clients

3. Coordinating with internal team for daily operations

4. Manageendto endvisa services of customers

5. Understanding corporate requirement to the core & maintain the signed off service levels

6. Updating daily activities in the project management tool

7. Raising customer queries where there is dependency of any internal team member

8. Communicating & coordinating with external partners

9. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

10. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure operational compliance.

11. Contribute to the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

12. Reasonable experience in managing daily operations

13. Good knowledge of visa related nuances

14. Comfortable with MS tools & especially Excel

15. Good communicator and problem solver

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

2. Previous experience into operations is preferred.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.

5. Proficient in using operational tools, software, and systems.

6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

8. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

9. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices
