Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for International & Domestic air tickets, forex currency, visa, rail, cab & bus reservations.
• Oversee Travel insurance arrangement for personnel travelling for international group as per approvals.
• Comparing / Cross checking travel agent fares with GDS fares
• Issuing tickets against miles & upgrading against voucher.
• Coordinating with employees and travel agencies for cost effective travel solutions
• Online application for fresh and re-issue passport
• Arranging travel arrangements for off-sites & conferences.
• Contracting with Airlines, Hotel, Rail, Visa & Cab vendor’s for corporate deals/rates respectively
• Maintaining MIS of travel & forex transactions
• Liaising with Finance team for invoices & smooth payment processing to vendors
• Tracking cancelled tickets and verifying the refund calculation
• Tallying the corporate credit card statement and clearing the outstanding payment before the due date.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant exp.
• Should be good in coordination
• Should be a problem solver
• Self-motivated, self-driven
