Travel Executive

Responsibilities

• Travel management, tickets issuance/re-issuance as per the client's requirements
• Manage all transactions related to air services.
• Extensive experience in Business corporate travel agency.
• Worked on CRS like Amadeus, Galileo, proficient in Microsoft office applications.
• Interact and cooperate with other departments to reach the common goal.
• Deliver excellent service to the customers.
• A candidate who has handled independently International Air Ticketing.
• Group Booking Handling, Corporate client handling.
• Candidates who have done IATA/ Diploma in Travel Tourism Course etc.
• Ticketing, Amadeus, Customer Handling, international ticketing,
• Experience in a Business Corporate Travel Agency.
• Timely follow-up of reservations to ensure accurate fulfilment.

Desired profile of the candidate

2+ yrs. of experience in Travel with knowledge of international ticketing, fair calculation, issuance, re-issuance, cancellation & refund, routing ,transit visa & client handling.

Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements)

Ticketing, Amadeus, IATA, IATO, Customer Handling, Transit visa, creating PNR, international ticketing, refunds, corporate travel management..

Candidates Location - Mumbai --preferred Western line.
