Travel Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Travel Executive with 0 to 1 year of experience who is passionate about travel and customer service. If you enjoy planning trips, coordinating with clients, and exploring new destinations, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers on travel details, international & domestic packages, and itinerary options.
• Handle bookings including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visa services, travel insurance, etc.
• Coordinate with customers, DMCs, and vendors regarding package-related queries, quotations, and confirmations.
• Manage and maintain data/documents in Excel, Word, PDF, JPEG, and other required formats.
• Travel to domestic and international destinations as a tour coordinator/manager when required.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in Travel / Tourism / Customer Service (Freshers welcome).
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
