• Key Responsibilities:Manage walk-in and phone inquiries from customers
• Sell domestic & international flight tickets
• Coordinate visa documentation and application process
• Promote and sell holiday packages
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
• Maintain records of bookings and client communication
• Requirements:Prior experience in a travel agency (preferred)
• Knowledge of ticketing, visa process & travel packages
• Strong communication & sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office / email usage)
