Travel Executive

Role Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you will manage the complete customer journey—from inquiry to

execution. You’ll be the bridge between clients and their dream experiences, coordinating

with vendors, designing unique itineraries, ensuring smooth operations, and acting as the

trusted partner throughout their travels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client travel inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
• Understand client requirements and design personalized travel itineraries.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and DMCs to secure best rates and finalize packages.
• Prepare and share structured, timely, and customized proposals/quotations.
• Track payments, maintain accurate records, and assist in transaction verification.
• Act as the point of contact for clients during their trips, ensuring a seamless journey.
• Maintain organized records of leads, bookings, proposals, and vendor contacts.
• Collect post-travel feedback to improve service quality and offerings
