Job Description: Operations Executive

• Daily bookings of Packages, Hotels, Flights, Cabs
• Vendor onboarding & management
• Hotel contracting
• Business Development
• Client relationship management
• MIS maintenance
• Payment collections & processing
• Vendor and portal reconciliation
• Proficiency in IATA/Galileo

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Handle end-to-end travel operations, including booking flights, hotels, transport, and tours for FIT (Free Individual Travelers) or groups.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with hotels, transportation providers, and suppliers to negotiate rates, confirm services, and manage contracts.
• Itinerary Planning: Prepare customized, creative, and detailed travel itineraries based on client requirements and budgets.
• Guest Service & Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve last-minute changes, complaints, or operational issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Documentation & Reporting: Handle travel vouchers, invoices, and necessary documentation; maintain accurate records of bookings.
• Team Support: Assist sales teams with operational inputs and coordinate with internal departments to improve service efficiency.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage travel budgets, process invoices, and generate reports on travel expenditures.
• Communication: Maintain professional, timely communication with clients to provide travel updates.
