Job Description

JD 1: Junior Travel Sales Executive – Outbound Travel

Experience: 1–3 Years OR Fresher

Industry: Travel & Tourism | Outbound Holidays | International Travel

  • Job Description:Handle inbound travel inquiries for international holiday packages.
  • Sell FIT and group tour packages for outbound destinations.
  • Assist in creating customized itineraries and quotations.
  • Follow up with leads and support senior consultants in closing sales.
  • Coordinate with operations, visa, and ticketing teams.
  • Maintain client data, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Provide pre- and post-travel customer support.
  • Destination Knowledge:Basic to good knowledge of Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Dubai & Europe.

JD 2: Senior Travel Sales Consultant / Executive – Outbound Travel

Experience: 4–7 Years

Industry: Travel & Tourism | Outbound Travel | International Holidays

  • Job Description:Handle end-to-end sales of international holiday packages.
  • Convert high-quality leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Design and sell customized FIT, honeymoon, family & group tours.
  • Independently prepare detailed itineraries and costings.
  • Manage own client base / existing clientele and generate repeat business.
  • Upsell visas, insurance, sightseeing, cruises, and hotel upgrades.
  • Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and internal operations teams.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and passenger targets.
  • Guide and support junior travel sales executives.
  • Destination Expertise Required:Strong expertise in Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Dubai & Europe.
  • Excellent understanding of hotels, sightseeing, visa processes, and seasonal pricing.
