Job Description
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electric bikes and scooters
Inspect and service EV components such as battery packs, BMS, motor, controller, charger, and wiring harness
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive checks
Identify electrical and mechanical faults using diagnostic tools
Replace or repair defective parts as per company standards
Conduct test rides after service to ensure proper functioning
Maintain service records, job cards, and spare parts usage
Follow safety guidelines while handling high-voltage EV systems
Coordinate with service advisors and customers when required
