About the RoleWebtrixz is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can also create visually appealing social media graphics. This hybrid role is perfect for a creative professional who loves designing digital experiences and also enjoys producing engaging brand visuals. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, innovative, and passionate about merging UI/UX principles with graphic design.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX DesignDesign intuitive and user-centered web and mobile interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and user flows.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Conduct basic user research and apply best design practices.
• Maintain consistency in layouts, typography, and overall design system.
• Graphic Design & Social MediaDesign compelling graphics for social media posts, ads, banners, stories, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop brand-aligned visuals, illustrations, and creative assets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging creatives on time.
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain high visual standards.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI/UX.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc. for graphic design.
• Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and responsive design.
• Ability to create clean and modern UI designs for websites and mobile apps.
• Experience working with social media creatives and brand design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Good to HaveKnowledge of prototyping and animation tools (Lottie, After Effects, etc.).
• Understanding of user testing, UX research, and design systems.
• Experience in designing dashboards, landing pages, or mobile apps.
