Job Description

Role Overview:


As part of the U.S. Banking Voice Process, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S. customers, addressing queries related to banking transactions, account information, and service issues. You’ll be expected to maintain service accuracy, comply with process guidelines, and deliver exceptional communication standards at all times.


Shift & Work Details:


Shift: US Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs)

Work Type: Work from Office

Location: Malad / Thane


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage voice-based customer interactions for U.S. clients.
  • Handle queries related to banking products, transactions, and account issues.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
  • Accurately document call details and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone during all interactions.


Eligibility Criteria:


Education: HSC/ Graduate (Any Stream).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process (banking or international preferred).


Skills Required:


  • Excellent verbal communication in English.
  • Good comprehension and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Other Requirements: No compliance issues (mandatory for bonus eligibility).
  • All documents are mandatory.


Compensation & Benefits:


Base Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 (based on last drawn salary and experienced)

Additional Allowance: ₹1,800


Retention Bonus -


  • ₹50,000 for the first 6 months
  • ₹50,000 for the next 6 months
  • OR ₹1,30,000 lump sum after 1 year


Interview Process:


AMCAT Test → HR Interview → VNA Round → Operations Round
