• Deliveries & Routing: Load, transport, and deliver items to customers on time, following assigned routes.
• Cargo Management: Organize, load, and unload the vehicle, often scanning items using handheld technology.
• Customer Service: Act professionally, handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and obtain signatures.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, report issues, and maintain cleanliness.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and fuel, including returning undelivered items to the depot.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies.
