Job Description: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a multi-skilled, hands-on Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our fast-paced team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creative freedom, loves experimenting with trends, and can turn

ideas into high-quality visual content quickly.

You’ll work closely with the founders, marketing team, and product team to create graphics and videos that

shape our brand identity and fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Design engaging graphics for social media, ads, landing pages, emailers, and presentations.

• Edit videos for reels, product features, testimonials, brand stories, and marketing campaigns.

• Create quick-turnaround creatives for campaigns, events, and product launches.

Brand & Growth

• Help build and evolve the brand’s visual identity from the ground up.

• Maintain consistency across all touchpoints and platforms.

• Translate raw ideas into clean, modern visual concepts that resonate with our target audience.

Execution & Ownership

• Take full ownership of end-to-end design and video projects.

• Adapt to fast changes, feedback loop.

• Manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.

Collaboration

• Work with marketing to ideate content strategies and creative campaigns.

• Coordinate with product and tech teams when needed for UI assets or product visuals.

• Contribute ideas beyond design — we value team members who think creatively across the board.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in design/video editing (startup experience preferred).

• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (or equivalent tools).

• Good sense of aesthetics, typography, color theory, and storytelling.

• Ability to create thumbnails, social reels, motion graphics, and ad creatives.

• Quick execution and ability to handle high-volume creative output.

• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and originality.
