🎬 Job Title: Video Editor & Cameraperson (work from office )

Role Overview-We’re looking for a Video Editor who can also shoot — someone who understands storytelling, not just software. This role involves independently shooting and editing high-quality video content for acting classes, YouTube, and Instagram.

If you know where the buttons are but don’t understand pacing, emotion, or audience attention — this role isn’t for you.

What You’ll Do🎥

• Shooting Film acting class sessions in an indoor classroom setup
• Shoot YouTube content (talking head, demonstrations, interviews)
• Create Instagram Reels & Shorts (vertical, fast-paced, scroll-stopping)
• Handle camera setup, framing, basic lighting, and clean audio capture
• ✂️ EditingEdit long-form YouTube videos
• Edit short-form Reels / Shorts for Instagram & YouTube
• Add jump cuts, pacing, music, subtitles, and basic motion graphics
• Ensure content feels modern, engaging, and platform-appropriate
• Maintain consistent brand style and visual quality

Technical Skills

• Required Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with AI editing tools (auto captions, auto cuts, enhancement tools)
• Basic understanding of color correction and audio cleanup
• Knowledge of export formats for different platforms
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality

Experience
