Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Job Summary:

The VRM is responsible for managing and growing the online client base of Kotak Securities through digital platforms. This role involves identifying cross-selling opportunities and driving customer relationship value via online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities by analyzing customer portfolios and offering suitable financial products and services (Mutual Funds, Stock SIP, Stock Baskets (Stockcase), Insurance, and other products) provided by Kotak Securities.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kotak Securities' products, services, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and compliant information to customers.

- Assist in the resolution of complex customer issues escalated by the customer support team, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution for Kotak Securities' clients.

- Comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to customer interactions and data privacy at Kotak Securities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree

- NISM - V A / NISM VIII certified (Mandatory).

- 0-5 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers through digital channels

- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and digital collaboration tools

- Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements in the securities industry

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask effectively
