Job Description
- Client consultation:
- Provide advice on immigration laws, visa options, and eligibility for different programs (e.g., work, study, residency).
- Evaluate client profiles to determine the best course of action and set realistic expectations.
- Case management:
- Manage a portfolio of immigration cases from start to finish.
- Track case progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Coordinate with external parties, such as government agencies or legal counsel, to resolve complex issues.
- Compliance and policy:
- Stay current on changes in immigration laws and regulations and communicate the impact to clients.
- Ensure all work complies with national and international immigration laws.
- Sales and follow-up (for sales-focused roles):
- Identify and contact new leads to generate business.
- Follow up on inquiries and referrals to convert them into clients.
