Visa / Immigration Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for counseling the clients, and their enquiries selling Immigration products & services, over the phone, through email & in person.

• Counsel the clients with upgraded immigration information, Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies. Pertaining to their profile and the chances of immigration.

• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.

• Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned,

• Regular follow up on inquiries, Follow up new leads and referrals resulting from day to day activity.

• Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.

• Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries.

• Sales consultants responsible to maintain communication with clients through phone & email.

• Ensure MIS reports submitted as per TAT

• Customer Satisfaction through assessing student feedback
