Visa Operations Executive

The Visa Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end visa processing through VFS Global and embassy channels. The role includes advising applicants on visa requirements, preparing and verifying documentation, scheduling VFS appointments, coordinating biometric submissions, and ensuring timely and accurate visa application processing in compliance with immigration regulations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle complete visa processing through VFS Global for multiple countries
• Guide clients/applicants on visa types, eligibility, documentation, and timelines
• Prepare, review, and verify visa application forms and supporting documents
• Create and manage VFS online accounts for applicants
• Book, reschedule, and cancel VFS appointments as required
• Coordinate biometric submissions (fingerprints and photographs) at VFS centers
• Ensure accurate payment of visa fees and VFS service charges
