Job Description:

Position: Inbound Customer Care Executive (Voice Process, Email Process and Back End Process )

Location: Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai

Salary – Salary 25-30 K Per Month

Interview Mode : Virtual

For Voice Process -- 1 Year Experience in BPO in Voice is Mandatory.

For Email Process -- 1.5 Years Experience in BPO in Email Process is Mandatory.

For Back End -- 1 Year Experience in BPO in Backend is Mandatory.

Requirement

1. Graduate

2. Min 1 year of experience in BFSI exercise 

3. Willing to work in Voice process

4 Working experience in BPO.

Salary 

Up to 4 LPA (30k)

Shift

Female : 8 am - 8 pm (Any 9 Hour)

Male : 8 am - 11 pm (Any 9 Hour)

6 days working, 1 rotational off

BV : Education & Experience documents are mandatory

Answer the Customers call and emails and resolve their Queries.

Answering questions about a company’s products or services

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Handling customer complaints
