Waiter / Steward

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and wash areas.
• Assist in table setting, clearing, and resetting as per brand standards.
• Support waiters/captains during peak hours.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with FSSAI guidelines.
• Handle crockery, cutlery, and glassware carefully to avoid breakage.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and service areas.
• Refill water, condiments, and supplies on tables.
• Assist in receiving and storing restaurant supplies.
• Follow grooming and uniform standards at all times.
• Provide courteous and prompt service to guests when required.
