Job SummaryThe Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Ensure table setup is clean and up to standard at all times.
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Process billing and handle cash/card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
• Skills & RequirementsPrevious experience as a waiter/waitress preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
