Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Steward to provide excellent service to guests. The ideal candidate will assist in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining hygiene and service standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables

Present menus and explain items when required

Take food and beverage orders accurately

Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally

Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and hygienic

Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service

Handle guest queries and basic complaints politely

Clear tables and assist in resetting for next guests

Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols

Support team members during peak hours

Skills & Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Polite, well-groomed, and customer-friendly personality

Ability to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays

Basic understanding of food service etiquette

Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred

Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, hotels, or banquets

Knowledge of basic service standards
