Position: Waitress / Front of House Staff

Location: Café & Restaurant, Orlem, Malad

About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, confident person who enjoys meeting people and learning about gourmet food. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere while guiding guests through our menu and ensuring they have a great experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and serve guests with genuine hospitality

• Take orders and serve food and drinks

• Recommend specials and upsell menu items naturally

• Build rapport with regulars and new guests alike

• Keep the dining area clean and organized

• Handle billing and payments accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a café or restaurant

• Strong communication and people skills

• Positive, professional attitude

• Flexibility to work weekends and shifts
