Role Overview :

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Executive to join our warehouse operations team across India. You will play a critical role in managing daily logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting vehicle coordination and labour management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Location: PAN India

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities (Warehouse Executive)

• Manage and supervise labour, including task allocation, shift planning, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee the receipt and dispatch of stock, ensuring accurate documentation and verification at loading/unloading.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle movements for inbound deliveries and outbound dispatches.
• Conduct regular stock counting (cycle counts, physical inventory) and reconcile with system records.
• Ensure proper storage of goods in the warehouse — maintain organization, labeling, and optimal space utilization.
• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory, receipt/dispatch status, and stock discrepancies.
• Use MS Office (especially Excel) for data entry, analysis, and generating warehouse performance reports.

Education & Skills·      

• Should be able to read, write, and speak the regional language of their location.
• Minimum 12th pass required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems.
