Hiring For Field Recruiters


Key Responsibilities:

·        Field Hiring & Sourcing:

  • Identify and attract blue-collar candidates through local communities, job fairs, vendor partnerships, referral networks, and social media.
  • Conduct on-ground recruitment drives in high-footfall areas, industrial zones, and labor hubs.
  • Collaborate with local agencies, NGOs, and government skilling programs for workforce hiring.

·        Screening & Selection:

  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess work experience, fitness, and job readiness.
  • Verify documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details) and ensure compliance with hiring guidelines.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams to align workforce needs.

·        Onboarding & Induction:

  • Facilitate joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of workers.
  • Educate workers about company policies, work expectations, and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure biometric registration and system updates for payroll processing.

·        Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Manage third-party manpower vendors to ensure hiring targets are met.
  • Work closely with HR and operations teams to forecast manpower demand and reduce attrition.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor performance for SLAs and compliance.

·        Reporting & Compliance:

  • Maintain hiring trackers, attendance reports, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, minimum wage norms, and ESI/PF compliance.
  • Provide weekly hiring updates to stakeholders and suggest improvements in hiring strategies.

 

Key Requirements:

·        Experience: 1-4 years in blue-collar hiring, preferably in quick commerce, logistics, e-commerce, or staffing firms.

·        Education: Graduate in HR, Business, or relevant field (Diploma/PUC with experience is acceptable).

·        Skills:

  • Strong network in local labor markets.
  • Ability to handle bulk hiring, field recruitment, and vendor negotiations.
  • Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is a plus.

·        Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel across multiple dark store locations in Bengaluru.
  • Must have a bike and smartphone for field recruitment activities.

Work Mode:

·        On-Field Role (extensive local travel required).
