Job Description:

Digital Warehouse Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a versatile and talented individual to fill the dual role of Graphic Designer and WordPress Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital marketing materials while also implementing and customizing WordPress websites for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in both graphic design and WordPress development.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Designer:

1. Create eye-catching and innovative designs for various digital marketing materials including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, display ads, and more.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.

3. Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate our clients' messages and align with their brand identities.

4. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.

5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.

6. Work closely with copywriters, marketing strategists, and other team members to brainstorm ideas and bring concepts to life.

7. Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.

WordPress Developer:

1. Develop and customize WordPress websites for clients, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and fully functional.

2. Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

3. Integrate third-party APIs and tools as needed for website functionality.

4. Optimize websites for performance, security, and SEO.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during development or after deployment.

6. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.

7. Stay updated with the latest WordPress updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and WordPress development.

2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and WordPress websites.

4. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and UX/UI design.

5. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

6. Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap).

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

9. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required).

10. Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards is a plus.
