Job Title: Yardi Functional Consultant

We are looking for a Yardi Functional Consultant who brings strong functional knowledge and a client centric mindset to support and enhance Yardi implementations. This role is suited for professionals passionate about real estate technology, with the ability to troubleshoot complex scenarios, guide users, and help clients maximize the value of Yardi’s full product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and troubleshooting assistance for Yardi users, ensuring quick resolution of issues and optimal software performance.

• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, addressing functional questions and system needs.

• Work closely with clients to understand their unique business processes, offering solutions and configuration guidance within Yardi.

• Perform data validation and quality checks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Yardi data.

• Document issues, solutions, and best practices to enhance the support knowledge base.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed.

• Stay up-to-date on Yardi system updates, enhancements, and best practices to provide clients with proactive support.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant, Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in commerce.

•2+> years of experience with Yardi software in a support capacity is must.

•Should be travelling to client office daily.

• Should be able to join us asap who is serving notice and have Yardi experience or max within 30 Days.

• Familiarity with Yardi modules /Elevate such as AR/AP/GL Property management, Commercial-Retail, Residential, Elevate, Facility Manager, User Management, End to End Business Support, Development testing and requirement Gathering

•Good in Excel and Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients of varying technical backgrounds.

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills and commitment to accuracy.

• Candidate should be Open to travel onsite for Short term / Long term assignments on need basis Domestic/International.

• Candidate should be open to work in different time zones.
