YouTube Channel Manager

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to manage our digital presence across key platforms including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and uploading video content, optimizing posts for maximum reach and engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand identity. This role requires excellent understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content publishing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, schedule, and manage video and photo content on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram.
• Write engaging titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags to optimize reach and visibility.
• Ensure timely release of content based on content calendar and campaign plans.
• Manage thumbnails, captions, subtitles, and metadata to increase performance.
• Track post performance using analytics tools and submit weekly performance reports.
• Manage comments, audience interaction, and community engagement.
• Stay updated on platform trends, new features, and best practices.
• Coordinate with video editing and marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing content on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and growth strategies.
• Knowledge of YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Creator tools, etc.
• Ability to write attractive captions and optimize SEO/hashtags.
• Basic knowledge of video formats, resolutions, and uploading requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graphic design or video editing basics is a plus.
• Experience in entertainment / OTT / media industry preferred.
• Understanding of influencer and digital marketing is beneficial.
