AC Technician

Salary: 20000 - 25000 monthly 

Position: Junior AC & Refrigeration Technician

Profile Description:

We are looking for a Junior AC & Refrigeration Technician to assist in the daily maintenance and repair tasks of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be a technically inclined individualwith 0-1 years of experience in handling basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks related to HVAC and refrigeration units. This is a hands-on role requiring a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, and the ability to follow instructions from the Maintenance Manager and senior technicians.

The technician will work at our central processing factory in Marol, Andheri East, and various store locations across Mumbai to ensure the efficient operation of cooling systems essential to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in routine maintenance and minor repairs of air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, ventilation systems, and cooling equipment.
• Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and breakdown repairs.
• Help in the installation and setup of new AC and refrigeration units under supervision.
• Perform basic servicing, gas refilling, filter cleaning, and component checks to ensure efficient operation.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and work areas in an organized manner.
• Follow safety guidelines and assist in ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the Maintenance Manager.

Expected Skillset:

• Basic knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in HVAC systems.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi; basic English is a plus.
• Physically fit and comfortable working with cooling systems.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai as needed.

Location of Work: Marol, Andheri East (Central Processing Factory) and various store locations across Mumbai.

Work Experience Required: 0-1 years in a maintenance or technical support role, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or cooling systems.
