Account Assistant

• Able to handle TDS Payments, TDS returns, GST Payments, GST returns working, GST Reco, PT payments, PT returns, Capital gains Calculations
• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, Word, Google Sheet
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Preparation of working TDS, GST & filling of returns GST/ TDS . 
•   Preparations of E - invoice documentation for Income Tax, GST Audit/ assessment. 
• Checking of proper supporting / approval before putting up any bills for approvals.
• Maintaining petty cash account.
• Working preparation of 26AS reco, GST Reco & AIS reco & Follow up with debtors for payment and TDS certificate.
•  To prepare purchase requisition before any purchases
•  Experience with recording of shares / mutual funds transactions & calculation of capital gains. 
• Knowledge of document attachment & passings entries in tally software(sales, purchase, expenses, income)
• Working Knowledge of NEFT/RTGS & General Banking procedures. 
• Preparation of income taxation computations. 

Having Minimum 5-7 year’s experience in Accounts.
