GuruAanklan Academy is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Bhandup West. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our academy's accounts.                                                          

*Job Overview*

 * Company: Guru Aanklan Academy

 * Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai (Near Meenas Hospital / Tank Road)

 * Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

 * Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on interview performance)

*Key Responsibilities*

 * Accounting: Manage daily bookkeeping, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipt entries.

 * Software Management: Expertly handle all accounting transactions using Tally Prime / ERP 9.

 * Data Analysis: Use Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) for financial reporting and data management.

 * Reconciliation: Perform regular bank statement reconciliations and vendor account matching.

 * Compliance: Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

 * Reporting: Generate monthly Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for management review.

 * Payroll: Manage employee attendance records and process monthly salary payouts.

 Candidate Requirements

 * Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Tally and Advanced Excel.

 * Experience: Previous experience in an educational institute or academy is a plus.

 * Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with staff and vendors.

 * Detail-Oriented: Ability to identify numerical errors and maintain high data accuracy.
