Primary Functions:
Prepare cash flow statement on daily basis for the current month
Prepare cash flow statement for the succeeding month on a monthly basis
Provide updated reports on the Funds position of the company on a daily basis.
Verify & make the payments made on a daily basis.
Handling payables and receivables.
Handling office expenses and petty cash.
Coordinate with Operations team for payment of the laborers.
Bank reconciliation with the TALLY.
Daily reconciliation of payable and receivables.
Timely processing of statutory payments.
Handle direct and indirect taxation.

Secondary Functions:
Provide with Office expense and Petty cash reports
Co-ordinate with the CA for addressing any accounting and tax-related concerns
Provide reports as required by the management.
Make monthly expense provisions.
Make correct accounting entries in TALLY and other software


Candidate for this job should have detailed knowledge of Tally ERP and will be responsible for maintaining accounts on Tally, generate bank statements, settle costs on balance sheets, manage invoices and help senior accounts team. Should be able to conduct a statutory audit.
