Job Title: Accountant – Hospitality Domain Location: Juhu, Mumbai

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations for our hospitality outlets. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and PagarBook, with strong exposure to daily cash flow tracking, outlet-wise P&L preparation, and statutory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Juhu, Mumbai.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations: entries, reconciliation, cash handling, and documentation.
• Maintain P&L per outlet and prepare monthly financial summaries.
• Track and report daily cash collection across outlets.
• Use Tally ERP for bookkeeping and PagarBook for payroll coordination.
• Ensure accurate and timely vendor bill entries and staff payouts.
• Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with operational teams for data collection and reporting.
• Assist with audits, internal checks, and budgeting activities.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience in the hospitality or service sector.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, PagarBook, and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of multi-outlet accounting, P&L management, and daily cash flow.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
