Job Description
- Manage end-to-end accounting, including books of accounts on Tally and Zoho
- Handle billing and invoicing, follow up for payment collection, and resolve billing-related issues
- Perform bank, cash, vendor, and customer reconciliations
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L, cash-flow statements, and support management reporting
- Manage GST and TDS compliances, including returns, reconciliations, and statutory filings
- Coordinate with CA / tax consultants for audits and regulatory matters
- Support payroll processing and basic HR operations (employee records, documentation)
- Streamline and manage internal finance and operational processes
- Lead migration of accounting data from Zoho to Tally, ensuring accuracy and control
- Demonstrate strong analytical ability, excellent numerical and mathematical skills, and high attention to detail
- Take complete ownership of finance, compliance, and reporting in a fast-paced environment
