Accountant

Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing complete accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, GST and TDS compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with auditors, banks, and internal teams. The role includes maintaining financial records, preparing MIS reports, handling payroll and statutory compliances, and assisting in finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain sales/purchase registers, stock records, and GRN.
• Handle invoicing, quotations, RFQs, and purchase orders.
• Perform bank reconciliation, daily bank updates, and vendor payments.
• Prepare MIS reports such as fund flow, cash flow, expense reports, and profitability statements.
• Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and professional tax compliance and filings.
• Coordinate with banks for documentation and financial statements.
• Assist CA with audits, tax audit reports, and finalization of accounts.
• Maintain financial documentation and compliance with Income Tax and Company Law.
• Prepare stock statements and book debt statements for banks.
• Coordinate with sales team, customers, vendors, and auditors.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial reporting
• Experience with Tally and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of GST portal and statutory compliance
• Experience in import/export accounting preferred
• Strong coordination and documentation skills
