Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Core Accounting & Software:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity within the system.

• Taxation & Compliance:
• Handle end-to-end statutory compliance for GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Prepare and file periodic returns and ensure timely tax payments.
• Manage B2B processing, including the generation and management of E-Way Bills and E-Invoicing.

• Reconciliation & Reporting:
• Perform regular Bank Reconciliations and ledger scrutinies.
• Prepare and submit Bank Stock Statements and other monthly reports for banking compliance.
• Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase registers to ensure accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims.

• Inventory & Banking:
• Monitor stock movements and assist in stock valuation.
• Coordinate with banks for documentation and statement requirements.

Candidate Requirements :

• Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level (4–5+ years)
• Education: Any Graduate with Similar experience.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Advanced knowledge of the GST portal and E-Invoicing modules.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (for reconciliations and data analysis).

Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM
• Working Week: 6 Days per week
• Weekly Off: Rotational Off (either Friday or Saturday, depending on the roster/requirement)
