Job Post: Accountant cum Office Assistant
Only Experienced Male Candidates Work from office only compulsory 12 hrs job (Age 23–35 years)

We supply clothes on a rental basis to the entire film industry.

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain inward and outward entry records of clothes.
• Code new clothes and complete all related data entry before making outward entries.
• Cross-check daily outward entries and ensure that all packets marked for dispatch are sent — no items should be missed.
• Visit the field to code clothes and accompany for purchasing clothes from malls (a company vehicle and delivery boy will be provided).
• Maintain a purchase file for all new clothes, including bills and related documents.
• Maintain an Excel sheet for all expenditures on readymade and fabric clothes.
• Cross-check company credit card expenses upon receiving statements and make GST entries.
• Generate and enter E-bills, handle auditing and tax filing, and maintain credit note entries as part of accounting work.
• Record all E-bills and GST invoices in Tally software.
• Maintain records of online rent payments and deposit amounts.

Additional Details:
• Accommodation with bed sheet, pillow and mattress will be provided by the company and electricity bill will be paid by the company.
• Only food expenses are to be borne by you.
• 2 Sundays off per month.
• Job Timings: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Sunday timings : 11 :00 AM To 9:00 PM
Salary in between in hand 18000-25000
• Bonus: After completing 2 years in the company, you will receive a bonus based on your performance and attendance.
• Sunday: Flexible timing depending on work. Lunch, tea, and snacks will be provided by the company on Sunday
