Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounts and inventory records.

• Handle GST filing, including inward and outward entries.

• Cross-check inward and outward transactions.

• Perform credit card reconciliation.

• Update and maintain balance sheet records.

• Track and update vendor payments.

• Handle administrative tasks related to inward and outward movement of clothes.

• Maintain cost accounting Excel sheets.

• Enter raw material purchases and creditor details in Tally software.

• Recheck and verify purchase files and documents.

• Visit malls for cloth purchase, return, and exchange when required (company vehicle and driver will be provided).

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM

• Sunday (2 Sundays per month): 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Weekly Off: 2 Sundays per month

• Lunch break: 30 minutes

• Tea breaks: 10 minutes each (morning and evening)
