Accounts Executive

·        PO generation / issuing in Tally Prime / ERP9 *

·        PO Emailing, confirmation by email with vendor coordination *

·        Sales orders to be updated in Production Plan

·        FG follow up with factory

·        Sending Pick up mail to clients

·        COA generation

·        Coordination with transporter and client for pickup of products

·        Generation of sales invoice (dispatch documents) E-Invoicing, E-way bill

·        Emailing and sending dispatch docs to clients

·        Should have good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 sofware, excel, word and emailing

·        Should be well versed with tally data entry like purchase, sales, receipt, payment, bank reco., generating PO etc.

·        Should have knowledge of GST, PT & TDS – working and returns both

·        Should be able to issue Eway bill, sales Invoices and coordinating with client, transporter and factory people for dispatches

·        Should be able to do follow up with vendors and clients for payment and other matter

·        Maintaining stock register, issuing PO from Tally and follow up with vendors for quotation, PO, material delivery

·        Assisting to PPIC person in requirement, stock calculation and PO

·        Other miscellaneous works related to accounts, dispatch, payments, follow ups or any work given by CMD should be able to do it.

·        Assisting PPIC person in physical stock taking
