Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and data entry for our USA clients. The role requires strong communication skills in English and the ability to work independently in a night shift environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Generate and maintain invoices and payment records
• Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
• Maintain proper records and documentation
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare basic financial reports when required
• Support the finance team with other accounting tasks
• Required SkillsExperience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role
• Good data entry and computer skills
• Strong English communication (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work night shifts (USA process)
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• QualificationB.Com / Commerce background preferred
• 1–3 years experience in accounts or AR preferred
