Job Description
- Prepare and issue invoices for briquettes and pellets supplied to clients.
- Track receivables and monitor payment schedules to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, contracts, and delivery schedules.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers with supply chain transactions.
- Conduct aging analysis and report overdue accounts to management.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to resolve billing or delivery disputes.
- Support audits and compliance requirements with proper documentation.
