Job Requirements:

* 6 months to 2 years of experience.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.

* Traveling to different locations within Mumbai for property verification purpose is mandatory .

* Fluent in English and Hindi.

*Immediate joiners preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Sourcing and verifying commercial properties.

* Communicating property details to clients, property owners ( landlords) and the internal team.

* Assisting the sales team with property inspections.

* Managing and updating commercial property data in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

* 12 pass / HSC

* Graduate

Additional Skills:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East - Chakala)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:45 am - 6:30 pm), All Sunday fixed off & Alternate Saturdays Off ( 2 & 4 )
