Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents about courses, batches, and career options
- Handle walk-in enquiries and phone enquiries
- Explain fee structure, schedules, and admission process
- Help students and parents with admission formalities
- Maintain student records, fee details, and enquiry data
- Coordinate with teachers and management for smooth daily operations
- Handle basic office and front-desk work
Required Skills:
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Polite, confident, and patient while counselling
- Ability to explain courses clearly to students and parents
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
- Good coordination and organisational skills
Eligibility:
- Minimum Graduate (preferred)
- Experience in education industry counselling or admin work is compulsory
- Experience in coaching institute or school is an advantage
