Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Office Management: Oversee general office procedures, supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
* Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, book meetings, arrange travel, and plan events.
* Communication: Handle correspondence (emails, calls, mail) and act as a point person for inquiries.
* Documentation: Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Record Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital files, databases, and records, ensuring confidentiality.
* Support: Provide high-level support to executives and cross-functional teams.
* Liaison: Connect different departments and interact with vendors/clients.
