About the Role

Are you someone who loves interacting with people, guiding careers, and working in the fast-growing IT education space? We’re looking for an energetic IT Education Counsellor who can inspire students and help them choose the right tech career path.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on IT courses, career paths & training programs

Handle walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries effectively

Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses

Follow up with prospective students and close enrolments

Maintain student data, inquiry records, and reports

Coordinate with trainers and placement teams

Achieve monthly admission targets

🧠 Desired Skills & Qualities

Excellent communication & convincing skills

Passion for education, counselling & career guidance

Basic understanding of IT courses (Software, Data, Testing, etc.)

Target-oriented & result-driven mindset

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

🎓 Eligibility

Graduate / Post-Graduate (any stream)

Experience in education counselling or sales is a plus

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
