Job Description

  1. Manage customer interactions across Email, Chat, and Outbound Calls as per roster
  2. Demonstrate ownership and accountability in all customer interactions
  3. Communicate with customers in an appropriate tone and language
  4. Provide solution-based resolutions and educate customers wherever possible
  5. Ensure adherence to product, process, system, and policy guidelines
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
  7. Meet defined timelines and service standards
  8. Adhere to all contact center policies, procedures, and code of conduct

 

Skills & Competencies

  1. Basic computer knowledge with minimum typing speed of 30 WPM and 85% accuracy.
  2. English reading and writing proficiency
  3. Strong problem-solving and customer focus
  4. Technical orientation and attention to detail
  5. Service mindset

 

Education & Experience

  1. Education: 10+2 / Graduation in any discipline
  2. Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Service (Voice / Non-Voice BPO)

 

Other Criteria

  • CTC Bracket: ₹3.24 LPA – ₹3.64 LPA (basis previous drawn salary)
  • Age: Max 40 years or below
  • Languages: English
  • Hiring Location: Pan India (except J&K)
  • Shift time – 24/7 Shift (9 hrs shift. 8 hrs net login + 1 hr break). 6 days working (1 rotational off)
  • IT Assets / Internet requirement - Candidate must have their own Laptop/Desktop (minimum Windows 8) with stable internet connectivity.
